We use monetary resources to fund our operations, including the acquisition of appropriate tools, systems, and applications to perform to our highest capability. Your contributions support community and digital outreach programs, and help us expand our network of partners in the area. Treasurer’s Statement

The Board of Trustees of Project Hudson has a combined 10+ years of professional experience in testing processes and controls. The Board of Trustees, led by the Treasurer, looks after the long-term financial stability and fiscal responsibility of the organization.

Project Hudson has implemented robust financial internal controls to ensure financial integrity and compliance while serving the community. Appropriate monitoring and tracking includes the following:

• Consistent oversight by the Board of Trustees of all financial accounts and spending.

• Maintenance, review, and approval of fiscal year budgets on a quarterly basis by the Board of Trustees. The fiscal year budget and long-term vision is also shared with the Advisory Committee for transparency and feedback on an annual basis.

• Annual formal request by the Board of Trustees to the Advisory Committee to attest to the state of internal controls and alignment of financial accounts with Project Hudson’s mission.

All donations will support our financial literacy programs with the goal of helping individuals effectively design and maintain financial goals and take charge of their future.
