Our Team

The team at Project Hudson is comprised of a unique group of innovators whose backgrounds are in alignment with our mission and purpose to enhance financial literacy in underserved communities.

The Board of Trustees collectively governs and oversees the strategic planning, fundraising, and overall direction of Project Hudson. They ensure that Project Hudson is committed to carrying out its mission and fulfilling all legal and financial responsibilities.

The Project Officers and Directors are the brilliant people responsible for moving the needle on Project Hudson objectives. They execute the vision of the Board, always seeking to implement more effective and efficient processes, and contribute their own ideas for the success of the organization and its mission.

Our Advisory Committee consists of a diverse and independent group of people whose goal is to be sure that Project Hudson fulfills our mission ethically. They build out a framework of controls to help govern our processes and serve as strategic advisors to the key leadership of Project Hudson, offering opportunities for collaboration and innovation.
