Project Hudson is a registered nonprofit in the state of New Jersey, and has filed for 501(c)(3) status with the IRS in August 2021. We are currently awaiting the formal 501(c)(3) designation, so please note that your donation is currently not tax-deductible. Donations made after our application has been approved by the IRS will be tax-deductible. We expect to obtain approval by February 2022 based on IRS guidelines.
